Our team of professional cleaners will ensure your vacation rental is spotless and organized. We take pride in our attention to detail and will leave your rental looking and smelling fresh. We go above and beyond by providing vacationers bespoke service when they arrive from a long day by putting peppermint or lemon flannels ready in the fridge after a long day in the theme parks for them to wipe their face for a cool down. Leaving a small basket of goodies (popcorn, cookies and treats for their furry friends)

Deep Cleaning

- Clean inside freezer
- Clean/disinfect inside empty kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Clean/disinfect inside refrigerator
- Clean oven (circle regular or self-cleaning)
- Clean area above kitchen cabinets & decorator items
- Clean under the stove top (area beneath drip pans)
- Clean under exhaust fan/hood
- Wash Cabinets
- Remove items from cabinets, replace shelf paper, clean inside, and replace items
- Wash out wastebaskets
- Wash baseboards
- Spot clean walls (depending on paint type)
- Wash doorframes and windowsills
- Wash interior windows
- Hand wash dishes or load dishwasher
Bathrooms
- Clean/disinfect inside empty bathroom cabinets & drawers
- Remove items from cabinets, replace shelf paper, clean inside, and replace items
- Wash cabinets
- Spot clean walls (depending on paint type)
- Wash doorframes and windowsills
- Wash interior windows
General
- De-cobweb with HEPA filter vacuum attachment
- Wash ceiling fans
- Clean interior French doors
- Clean out fireplace (must be unused for minimum of 72 hours prior to cleaning)
- Vacuum window blinds with HEPA filter vacuum
- Move furniture to clean under & behind (weight permitting; items must have sliders to protect floors)
- Take down and wash light fixtures
- Polish silver
- Remove books from bookshelves to clean
- Remove CDs or DVDs from storage shelves to clean
- Roll up area rugs to clean beneath
- Spot clean walls for dog rubbings or handprints (depending on paint type)
- Vacuum bedding or mattresses with HEPA filter vacuum
- Vacuum cold air returns and heater vents (not ductwork) with HEPA filter vacuum
- Vacuum curtains with HEPA filter vacuum
- Vacuum stuffed animals and toys with HEPA filter vacuum
- Vacuum upholstered furniture
- Wash baseboards
- Wash doorframes and windowsills
- Wash interior windows
- Wash wood paneling
- Broom sweep garage
- Broom sweep porches.
While your guests are visiting, they can also have cleaning during there stay through different services below to give them the hotel feel.
Fresh Touch
Includes: Towel refresh and trash removal. The charge per cleaning is as follows:
- Two & Three Bedroom Units: $10.00 + tax
- Four Bedroom Units: $20.00 + tax
Light Touch Services
Includes: towel exchange, trash removal, light dusting and vacuum of uncluttered surfaces. This cleaning does not include sheet change or toiletry replacement.
The charge for light touch service is as follows:
- One & Two Bedroom Units: $30.00 + tax
- Three Bedroom Units: $35.00 + tax
- Four Bedroom Units: $45.00 + tax
Full
Includes: sheet change, full cleaning, towel refresh, trash removal and replacement of toiletry products, full dish wash, full vacuum, and full clean of all surfaces.
The charge per cleaning is as follows:
- One & Two Bedroom Units: $50.00 + tax
- Three Bedroom Units: $60.00 + tax
- Four Bedroom Units: $80.00 + tax
